I visited mid-October and this palace is a must-visit. Even though it was pretty busy, there is still enough room to walk around freely and take pictures. Near the palace, there are plenty of shops where you can dress up in the traditional Korean clothing (Hanbok) for a reasonable price. Don’t worry if your Korean isn’t that good, many of these places have employees that can speak fluent Chinese and enough English. Plus, if you’re wearing a Hanbok, then you get free entry to the palace 😁

It was like traveling back to Joseon dynasty.. Wearing a hanbok is the best choice we made to feel more realistic.. With hanbok we got free entrance to the palace. If someone visits Seoul this palace should never miss.

It is a must-see for a tourist! A beautiful palace complex and gardens. It is very accessible through public transport. Also, the royal ensemble (actors) walks through twice a day and not to be missed. If you wear Hanbok, then entry is free.

I had the pleasure of visiting the museum recently, and I am utterly impressed with the rich cultural heritage it showcases. The museum's vast collection of artifacts, ranging from ancient relics to contemporary art, offers a comprehensive glimpse into Korea's fascinating history.

Labyrinthine maze of pavilions and structures forming a lovely insular compound of sorts. Each building and wall appears to be more beautiful than the last.If you’re visiting, plan for large crowds of people (especially if you’re visiting at midday), and be prepared to spend an hour here to fill up your camera roll.

Pretty view but soooo busy and took super long to get into the cable car. It was very hot in the waiting area, which was rough after the uphill walk to get there. They pack a ton of people into each car, so if you're in the middle, you can't see any of the views on the way up. Once you finally get to the top, the view is pretty nice but you have to pay for additional tickets if you want to go up to the actual tower. I assume some school was on a field trip because there were kids absolutely everywhere. Cute gift shop though if you're into souvenirs.

Important part of Korean history.Try and take the free tours on offer ( timings are available on the website). Entry fee is nominal. You can make a grand entrance for free if you wear Hanbok ( traditional Korean dress) which can be rented from any of a number of shops around.Interesting architecture with background of surrounding mountains. Changing of the guards ceremony happens twice a day.Definitely worth a visit.

Great place where you can dive in the Korean culture and explore how they lived years ago. Amazing structures and park, where you could spend a lot of hours just walking around. We visited the place as a group part of a business trip, so I am not able to say anything about getting tickets and etc. there were a lot of tourists during our visit.
