There is no need to go there separately, but it is worth stopping by and taking a walk while passing by.Visit Korea:Wanggok Village is located about 1.5km inland from the coast and is surrounded by a lagoon, Songji Lake (circumference: 4km, area: 200,000 pyeong), and five mountainous peaks approximately 200m above sea level, creating a valley-shaped basin that is blocked from the outside world. achieve The village is surrounded by Golmusan Mountain to the east, Songji Lake to the southeast, Hogeunsan Mountain and Jeongbosan Mountain to the south, Jinbangsan Mountain to the west, and Oeumsan Mountain to the north. It is formed as a deep village on the left and right sides of the Wanggok Stream, which flows through the village in a southwest direction from Oeumsan Mountain located in the north of the village. The houses are naturally located around the road in the village that runs along the stream in the center of the village. There is a relatively large garden between the houses, so there are no separate walls and the houses are separated by the garden as a boundary. The house structure of Wanggok Village is a double-layered structure in which the master bedroom, dojo room, living room, floor, and kitchen are housed in one building, and a livestock pen is attached to the kitchen. The front yard, which is directly connected to the village road, serves as a joint work space for the family and is open to others, while the backyard, surrounded by a relatively high wall, is a women's space and is not open. The backyard is not visible, only the roof is visible, so the structure was designed to provide space for women's activities.

Tricky to find your way to the village but, once you are there it's nice. No entry fee.A small traditional village where you can read some history and see old buildings. It will take around 30 minutes to check the whole village

Quiet and pretty. It is known for its buildings that are the last of its era.I would try to find the 한과 location. The cast of Sea of Hope (바라던바다) like 온유 from SHINee and Gong Yoo went here to make these traditional snacks. This particular expert has been at it for 40 years? They also have food in other houses for you to enjoy. It is right near the beach so if you are in the area, drop by!

It is an old village where people still live. It is also a background place where the movie “Dongju” was filmed. There is no admission fee and it is a nice place to take a walk.

This traditional village called 'Wang-gok Maeul' was conservated very well as the original atmosphere of Korean community passed down our history. There are a lot of spots in which where we are able to experience diverse items about wearing the Korean clothe and another traditional playings. Most of all, we can stay in the cosy and humble traditional houses if you make a reservation on Internet just small peanuts during the non peak season. It will be good and valuable experience if you stay in there with your adorable family and couple.
