Visited on a rainy day during peak season. The parking lot for water park users is large, but it is far from the entrance and you have to climb up a slope. There is a barrier in the nearby area that prevents anyone but guests from entering, so many cars park on the side of the road.Food is expensive. There are two ramen places outside, but there are no umbrellas on the tables, so it was difficult to use them on rainy days. The indoor wave pool is narrow and the floor is slippery so you need to be careful.Unlike other water parks, Wave River allows individual use of tubes, excluding walker tubes, and there are closed tubes that even young children can ride, so children can play together. There are many spas here and there. The safety guards (especially the wave pool staff) take really good care of me.There aren't many places to inflate or take out the tube, so there's a lot of lines, especially the place to take it out.

I visited yesterday with 3 kids including a 12month old. The employee at the entrance said i need to show them a proof of something which shows that the baby is under 36month. Seriously? You can't get an employee who can tell the difference between an infant and 3yr olds??So i told the employee that i don't carry baby's passport to waterpark(i don't know if i can even call this place water park. It was about 1/10 of great wolf lodge-size wise- in anaheim california.).Long story short. 1. I think the management should hire employees with some common sense.2. This place is pathetic. Sososo tiny, shame on yourselves that you call this place water park.3. Water was so dirty, my kids immediately got atopic dermatitis.4.I Do not recommend to ANYONE* adding some more info.-renting the life vest was (mas o menos)6dollars. We weren't informed that it was mandatory (even for grown-ups). Hey manangement! If you want to make it mandatory, it has to be free of charge just like great wolf lodge.*also smelly restrooms. Smells smells smells!!!

A wonderfully situated swimming pool next to the ski resort. There are a few different pools available for different needs. There is the waves pool, massage pool, children pool, outdoor jaccuzzi pool and an indoor warm jaccuzzi pool. The slide is not in operation as it is winter. The lifeguards on duty are very vigilant. Whistles were blown a few times as we were playing with the snow and climbing out of the pool onto the outdoor pool deck to walk in the snow. With their presence, we were assured our safety. A big thank you to the life guards on duty. So sorry for making you guys worry. We were so engrossed that we did not take any photos of this place.
