This restaurant specializes in pork gomtang, which is about a five-minute walk from Hapjeong Station Exit 2. Pork gomtang is the representative menu and also serves kimchi dumplings. It is not a typical type of pork soup but a clear gomtang (Korean beef and rice soup) for a light taste. There are only 10 seats inside, and only 100 bowls are sold per day. There is no parking space, so you have to park in nearby buildings. The break time is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. It is famous for its good taste as it has been included in the Michelin Guide restaurants selected by Seoul for five consecutive years. There are many bookstores and book cafes nearby, and there are many things to do, so it is good for sightseeing.

Best pork soup rice for those who like clear soup and thinly shaven meat. The domestic ingredients kimchi is also delicious!

It was very delicious as the broth was very flavourful and filling. The kimchi dumplings were also very nice. The staff were also very polite.

A refined bowl of gukbap. Only kimchi as condiments. The whole place got only 2 dishes, gukbap and kimchi dumplings. Gukbap is 10k won for normal and 16k won for special/large portion. Meat here is sliced and not chunks. You can get additional soups if you need so, they will add rice too if you do not have enough. Honestly, i thought the large one is enough for a big person till i saw 2 ladies ordering addon soup and rice was included. Overall nice experience but you cannot alter the taste like other gukbap place.

The soup is pure, but it wasn't hot enough. If it had been hotter, the flavor would have been enhanced. The pork was outstanding. The dumpling was okay, but not impressive. Give 3 stars because of waiting time too long. Not worth to wait for 30 minutes.

One of the best meals we had in Seoul. The place is small and charming. There’re very few items on the menu, all of them amazing. The dumplings were big and tasty, the kimchi on the side just amazing, and the main soup dish too. Absolutely recommend. It is worth the wait!
