It's a very quiet place to find a bit of composure after visiting the city of Daegu. i recommend the old path as it is a great dive into nature before visiting the temple and the statue of the Buddha.

Small park, very clean, bench s, shade, restrooms, water fountains, walkways. Good place to just sit and relax. Fast free WiFi available in the park also. The park is called February 28thwhich is a significant date in Korean history. Look it up

A lovely little park with a nice fountain, plenty of shade and places to sit with regular events with music or flea markets. Clean public bathrooms. A bit noisy since it's right next to down town and a very busy bus stop. But that also means it's a great place to wait for your bus, grab a cup of coffee or wait for your movie to start.
