Came on a Sunday night to watch the Rainbow Bridge water and light display (starts at 7:30 PM). That by itself would've been okay. But there was a whole festival of events happening. The lower roadway was closed off and lined with food trucks. In Banpo Park, a silent disco was happening and you could rent a headset for 9000 KRW. There were tonnes of places to sit and relax and take in the view of the fountain show from below, or view the city skyline at night. There was even places to watch dancers perform or just sit under a tented space.

Great place to spend time with family, friends, and significant others. It is very secure and organized. Food to buy was available late at night, and that was great. Considering it is a public park, it's very clean and well kept. Loved it.
