It was a bit hot when I came here to visit in July. The antique scenery is suitable for taking pictures. Overall, it is a scenic spot to learn about Korean history.

Winter daytime temperature around 18 degreesIt's good for a walk. It's on the outskirts of Daegu, so the air is definitely good. When burning with wood, there is a house and the acrid smell of burning wood.Since the village is not wide and there is no uphill climb, it took me less than an hour to slowly look around it all. This was the first time I knew that the old house marked as a cultural property and the correctional office that corrected Yoo Hyeong-won's Bangyesul, which I saw in Korean history textbooks, were located here.I took the city bus Donggu No. 3, and it was good except that the waiting time for the bus to Otgol Village was very long. There was no need to go far to see old houses. It seems to be the closest Hanok village to downtown Daegu.

Address: Daegu, Dong-gu, Otgol-ro, 199199Atmosphere/facilities: cultural heritage, century-old village, ancient locust treeFeatures: Hanok VillagePrice per person: freeRating: Located in the century-old Hanok Village in Daegu, there are two 400-year-old locust trees standing at the entrance of the village. A very simple and natural Korean house village. Although sparsely populated, this resident lives here. There are also enthusiastic uncles who will punch persimmons for you and give them to you. This is a good place for taking photos and outings. There was no change after touching the license plate.#Daegufood #familytravel

Daegu Chilgok Village is located in Tunsan-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu City. The terrain is a basin surrounded by mountains on three sides except the south. The origin of the place name is said to be because of the sunken valley. Some say it is called lacquer because the surrounding area is covered with lacquer trees. Tanimura's other Chinese character name "Qixi" indicates that the latter is more likely to be true.A simple and peaceful traditional Korean house village, Chilgok Village is also famous for its beautiful village with well-preserved earthen and stone walls.
