I am so disappointed with the program. It's called meditation only, but it's not meditation at all, and it's not even cool to call it stretching. The instructor was mediocre, and there were even classes that only played videos without an instructor. It's a waste of money
It was a meditation center in the mountains that was very quiet and clean.The stars seemed to pour down at night, and the bed was comparable to that of luxury hotels in Seoul.The spa was also fantastic, with very clean water and an outdoor spa.I highly recommend it.
