It's an overpriced indoor outdoor pool. $60k WON is not worth it. It does keep the rifraf away. I'm the winter the half the indoor dry and wet spas were not working. Even at this price it was super overcrowded. If you're willing to pay the price, it was super experience. Freezing temperatures and your soaking in a hot bath. The pressure washing can either massage you or leave you bruised and messed up the next day, so beware.Koreans aren't much for bathing suits so don't come here looking there is nothing here to see.The summer might be a different story. We'll see.
Went during night time on Sunday. Pool itself is not really amazing. Facilities are not very fancy. Just for instance, waterpia in 설악 is much better although the price is higher here. Water was not really hot(just around 38’c) and quality of water was just okay, honestly speaking, below expectation as it is not a hot spring. And between tiles dirtiness was so obviously visible. Stone spas were quite good. But in such cold weather, all the handrails and walking paves were frozen with ice and sooo dangerous! If a finger or clothes are touched, it just frozen and stick to it!! But there’s no safety things at all. Only one safety guard was wandering around sprinkling too much sodium chloride particles on the paves, but it only hurts feet. I even saw a man sliding down to his hip quite hardly.
I’ve also written a review on Resom Forest itself but I think this spa deserves being reviewed separately. It’s the best spa I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of spa in Korea. This spa has an inside kids water park with various attractions, dozens of bathes with water or different temperature, dry sauna, meditation hall, an open limitless swimming pool at the edge of a mountain and many many small bathes for 2-5 people, also outside! You should also definitely try floating yoga here. One of the best experiences!I’m pretty sure you can spend the whole day inside bathing and relaxing, taking pictures and just enjoying the views. It’s worth visiting!
