When the flowers are in full bloom, visitors overflow. After staying overnight, I looked around and came down.I was very annoyed by the narrow road.

This is a must-visit place when you come to Pyeongchang, where you can enjoy an incredible and beautiful view that is hard to describe in words! It's nice to go during the day, but it's even nicer if you go at sunset.

Visited on the evening of 8/14.‘It is a plain large enough to sow six hundred horses of rice seeds,’ so it is called Six Hundred Horses. It is the size of six soccer fields. They say that in June and July, Shasta daisies, also known as ‘fried egg flowers,’ cover the grassland and are beautiful, so we just went to see the stars. It continues up the winding mountain road, with the last 2km being an unpaved section. Still, the road is not very difficult.I arrived around 7:40 and it was a bit cold when I got out of the car. 21 degrees. It is a highland 1,000 meters above sea level. The large space is already almost completely occupied by cars. However, because it is so large, there are many places to park your car.Have a night drink while wandering around the wild flower complex and Cheongoksan Observatory. The lights and moonlight are all bright, so it's not much to see the stars... You can see the Big Dipper and Cassiopeia, but they barely show up in the photo.Still, I came down after enjoying the cool night view.

2024.08.23.Fri.First time visiting. It was a good thing I came. It’s sweltering in Seoul. It's 20 degrees here.Cheongok Mountain is located in Hoedong-ri, Mitan-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun.There is a wide field at the top of the mountain. There is no accommodation, so you can just take a look around and find a place to stay. When driving, you must use the engine brake. There is a pretty cafe at the top.

It's very crowded, probably because it's famous for car camping. The parking lot in front of the restroom is full.(Parking management personnel available)But I’m satisfied with the view and the daisies and everything else!It was also great to see the stars at night. Please bring good food and warm clothes as it is cold at night in Gangwon-do!

I went there on 6/6. It was pretty with a lot of daisies in bloom, but the road there is difficult😅 It's located at a very high place and it's an unpaved road, so you have to take into account your car getting dirty. And because it was a public holiday, there seemed to be a lot of people, but there was only one parking attendant. It was a little crowded.
