The height is low. There is a low observatory that looks like a lighthouse, and you can see the sea through the glass below.To the left of the observatory is the Namae Port sunrise bridge, and to the right is the breakwater.

(Visited 2023.07.07) The height is low, but the view is so good that you feel like you are wide open when you climb up. You can see the bottom, but it's not very high, so it doesn't feel that big. Best of all, it's free.

Good view. Good parking space nearby. But not accessible for those with mobility difficulties.. Safe glass fencing makes it a little-children friendly place :-)
