바리미오름은 해발 763m이며 오름의 형상은 원형이다. 오름의 모양이 바리를 닮았다고 하여 지어진 이름이다. 바리는 제주도에서 여성들의 밥그릇으로 사용된 그릇이다. 정상부의 분화구(굼부리)는 둘레가 130m이고 깊이는 78m이며 전형적인 분화구의 모습을 잘 간직하고 있는 곳이다.

오름은 주소가 산지로 되어있어, 내비게이션 검색시 정확한 위치를 알 수 없거나, 주차장이 따로 없는 곳이 많습니다.또한 일부 오름은 사유지로, 출입이 제한되거나 통제되어있는 곳도 있습니다.이에, 오름 방문시에는 사전에 제주관광정보센터(064-740-6000) 등을 통해 정확한 정보를 확인하시고 방문하시기 바랍니다.

Barime Oreum is 763m above sea level and its shape is circular. The name was given because the shape of the volcano resembles Bari. Bari is a bowl used as a rice bowl by women in Jeju Island. The crater at the top (Gumburi) has a circumference of 130m and a depth of 78m, and it retains the appearance of a typical crater well. To the west of the mountain, there is a ranch on a gentle slope. Trees are growing luxuriantly on the remaining slopes.

If you go up a long path from the Aewol-eup mountain road that can accommodate one car, you will find a parking lot at the entrance to the oreum. There is also a bathroom.There are many similar-looking oreums nearby, such as Nokomae Oreum and Gwonmul Oreum.It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to climb to the top, but the stairs are steep all the way, so it can be a bit difficult.The crater is bigger than expected, so it takes some time to walk all the way around.You can see the sea in front of Aewol from the observatory, but it was obscured by trees and there was a lot of fine dust, so it didn't have an open feel.Rather, I was very impressed by the wide, green lawn of the ranch, Vitamin Ranch?, on the trail to the Oreum parking lot. Literally Instagram-worthyIt seems like a landscape that can take vivid photos. It is said that when it rains a lot here, puddles form. It is an exotic sight, and many people already know about it.

If you see the sign for Vitamin Ranch and drive up the narrow road for a while, there is a parking lot.The slope is very steep and there are stairs, but there are also places where there are just palm mats, so it is very slippery after it snows or rains.
