Industrial facts, history room, children’s museum from special exhibitionsIt was a great time as an indoor travel destination in Ulsan.Ulsan is said to be an industrial city, and the background for its growth and relics from the Paleolithic era to the present were well displayed.The special exhibition is also very good.

A place I go to whenever a new exhibition is heldI visit quite a few museums across the country, but I always visit the Ulsan Museum, which is in my neighborhood, because the exhibits are so well-organized.

Really big place with lots of room to visit. It's not crowned and you don't need any tickets to enter.You'll learn about ulan's history (especially with Japan), mechanics etc.Plus there's a children musuem, very children friendly.I really recommend it!!

One of a typical local museum. its free to enter. So why not when you have some time in Ulsan. But here you can see how Ulsan industry developed. Especially Hyundai.

Ulsan museum(울산 박물관). A beautifully designed place located in southern district of the city. It is disappointing that there are not much of a thing to see for the lack of contents and artworks. Am I wishing to much a metropolitan city living more than a million people has a great museum with its invaluable historical artifacts loved by researchers and students who study and learn?

If you're traveling to Ulsan, South Korea, then the Ulsan Museum is a nice place to spend a few hours. From the history of different dynasties, to pottery and industrial revolution, this museum has everything you want to learn about Korean history. There's a section for your kids which I found admirable. Also a small restaurant in the first floor that serves noodles. A library and a Circle Theater are two great additions to the museum too.

Nice facilities! good weather! if you have a chance to Ulsan, take a short look around Ulsan museum. Especially with children, they provide place amusement and entertainment with historical figures of Ulsan. However its content is not satisfactory in terms of quantity with the short history.
