Lovely place! A must visit if in Seoul. Food, designers, cosmetics...you name it. A good 2-4 hours break and you will want to re-visit. Might get quite busy after 20.00.
Probably one of my favorites in Seoul. We went a couple of times and there are many street vendors with food and so much shopping. I left with many many bags!
Pretty good touristy area with lots of shops around to shop. Don't forget to carry your passport if you want to get a tax refund. The location has good street food to eat too. For new tourist there are also guides who can speak English and are dressed in red clothes and hat. I have added their photo too. Just feel free to take information and they will guide you.Good discounted products to buy as well.
Super-touristy street in a super-touristy area, but still loved it. A lot of stores you'll see in the US mixed in with restaurants and smaller shops, with a fairly large number of booths in the center that sell a ton of different foods. We decided to skip a restaurant dinner and just enjoyed sampling a lot of different foods. My wife and MIL totally hit it off with the "boneless chicken feet" vendor and had a couple of orders on the spot and one to go. There was a fried noodle booth directly across that also got a couple of orders from us and I had some fantastic beef from the rock-n-roll cart next to him. They sit in a prime location at the junction of the 2 main roads that have the carts in the middle.Wasn't too impressed with the juices we tried there but the fried sweet pancakes were delicious. Of all the things we ordered the roasted corn-on-the-cob was the worst. Dry and chewy. Overall I'm pretty sure we spent as much or more than we would have at a sit-down place but really enjoyed the experience.Note that like most places in Seoul there are no garbage cans so you'll need to carry your trash around or find a friendly vendor who will toss it in with their garbage (thanks boneless chicken feet guy!). Traffic is TERRIBLE and it can be difficult to get a cab during peak times.Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!
I love this street. A must visit when in Korea. They sell everything and anything you need. This place has a few olive young around all with diff layout. So you can get items easily. Here has many push cart stores selling food, bags and others. Food quality and taste here is good too.
Loved it!!! I definitely recommend taking a stroll around this area. The people are so friendly, the shops are wonderful, and the food is delicious! Everything is decently priced. You can find some nice items like jewelry here, as well as souvenir-type things. Come hungry, because there are many street food options to try! Loved it.
Great vibes, delicious food, beautiful people. It's a nice place to come for some street food. Lots of shopping areas. Bring cash to make life easier for yourself. Come with an empty stomach if you're planning to eat or try a lot of food. The beef is highly recommend.
